Construction: Wireless pressure and level transmitter can be used to monitor liquid level and pressure of water tanks and pools, and realize intelligent management, energy saving and environment friendly.
Our customer took over a water supply and drainage project in a region. It covers a comprehensive area of water supply and update project of drainage in school, residential area, commercial district, industrial park, municipal fire protection. The project should realize intelligent management and visible interface of the whole system, and the functions of remote monitoring and abnormal alarm should also be completed to finish intelligent water affair management. The concept map is as follows.
1.Because of wide coverage of the entire region, data sampling is large in amount. Conventional wired acquisition mode has high cable laying costs, and it is also inconvenient to get electricity.
2.The data is large in amount, and there are different requirements on pressure and level in different applications. It is hard to find out issues in emergency situations.
3.How to realize visibly data management?
According to customer’s requirements on this project, we provided customer wireless intelligent instrument to build up data collection system. The whole system consists of wireless pressure transmitter, temperature gauge, water immersion sensor, wireless level transmitter and water quality gauge. Install measurement instruments in the water supply and drainage system can realize real time pressure, level, temperature, water quality data monitoring. The data can be uploaded to the IOT cloud platform and supports data check through computer and mobile phone, also historical data can be checked and retrieved, which is convenient for water supply department to reliably and really analyze city water supply quality, and thereby, they will have better water supply treatment pre-analysis capabilities.
According to data requirements of different situations, the data alarm value can be set, and message or email reminder can be realized. It can be used to judge data abnormality, and is convenient to arrange maintenance personnel to conduct on-site inspection. It can decrease loss because of special circumstances, increase the management level of city intelligence.
